And The Worst Urban Act Is?

On the eve of the ever-more-corporate Brits, Ms Dynamite, Lee Ryan and Lisa Scott-Lee have been named among worst British artists in the second annual Naomi Awards, set up by digital music broadcaster Music Choice to dishonour the worst achievements in the musical year.Named in honour of the British supermodel Naomi Campbell, who not-so-memorably reached number 40 in the UK charts with Love and Tears in September 1994, the Naomi Awards reward all that is truly terrible about the previous year’s music. The awards are voted for by artists, producers, managers, publicists, record company execs, music journalists and the wider media.Music Choice Music & Marketing Director Simon George said: “There’s a lot of talk about how music lacks integrity these days so it’s great that those in the industry are willing to name and shame the worst protagonists. Most awards take themselves far too seriously, recognising those that shift big units. At Music Choice we recognise those who shouldn’t have enjoyed what little success they have.”Ahh! you guys suck. Ms Dynamites the bomb!
